Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive space where you can explore your
thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a Licensed Social Worker. Whether you’re navigating
stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or seeking personal growth,
therapy is a place to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

We take an eclectic, cultural humility approach to our therapeutic practice to ensure the needs of
all clients are met, both personally and culturally. We rely on a variety of modalities including,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed, Client Centered, and Narrative Therapy,
allowing you the autonomy and ability to control your narrative and therapeutic experience.

It is scary but brave to embark on the journey to heal one’s trauma and share the most vulnerable
pieces of yourself with someone else. You will not be on this journey alone for we will be with
you every step of the way. We would be honored to get to know you and to provide you with a
safe space for your counseling needs.
